《食品安全法》第五十七条明确规定“食品检验机构按照国家有关认证认可的规定取得资质认定后,方可从事食品检验活动。2011年5月1日起,按照《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、国家质检总局、卫生部和国家认证监管委员会有关法规的要求,我国正式启动了食品检验机构资质认定[1]。我中心作为向社会出具公证数据同时开展食品检验工作的第三方检验机构,于2011年10月顺利完成了实验室资质认定及食品检验机构实验室资质认定二合一评审工作。现结合我中心实际,谈一下做好食品检验机构实验室资质认定评审工作的关键。
Article 57 of the Food Safety Law clearly stipulates that ”food inspection agencies may engage in food inspection activities only after they have obtained the qualification accreditation in accordance with the relevant state certification and accreditation.“ On May 1, 2011, according to the ”Foodstuffs of the People’s Republic of China China has formally started the accreditation of food inspection agencies [1]. As a third party that issued notarized data to the society and carried out food inspection work at the same time, the Center of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Health, State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People’s Republic of China The inspection agency successfully completed the laboratory accreditation and the laboratory accreditation of the food inspection agency in one-by-one review in October 2011. Now, in connection with the actual situation in our center, I will talk about the key to doing the accreditation of laboratory accreditation of food inspection agencies .
