以球形氧化铝为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载于球形氧化铝载体表面的二氧化钛,并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,考察了不同条件下合成的TiO2/Al2O3复合催化剂的光催化性能,探讨了原料配比、水解温度、水解时间等因素的影响。结果表明:钛酸丁酯:无水乙醇:三乙醇胺:水的体积比为1:3.5:0.6:0.1,水解温度为35℃,水解时间为2 h时,获得的二氧化钛光催化剂性能最佳,其对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到95%。
The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 / Al2O3 composite catalyst synthesized under different conditions was investigated by using spherical alumina as support and titanium dioxide supported on spherical alumina carrier by sol-gel method. The ratio of raw materials, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and other factors. The results showed that the titania photocatalyst with the optimal conditions of butyl titanate: absolute ethanol: triethanolamine: water volume ratio of 1: 3.5: 0.6: 0.1, hydrolysis temperature of 35 ℃ and hydrolysis time of 2 h, Its methylene blue solution degradation rate of 95%.
