快速原型(RP)技术采用逐层离散/堆积原理,用计算机三维数据模型直接制造出零件原型,从而大大缩短新产品开发周期。快速模具(RT)技术是由RP技术发展而来的一类快速制造模具的新方法、新工艺。研究中采用环氧树脂E51、铝粉、石英粉、石墨等构成复合材料,利用激光立体光刻(SL)技术制作出某旋转开关原型件,将其作为母模,采用金属浇注的办法,快速制作出其注塑模具,详细叙述了制作工艺,并在注塑机上进行试制,成功获得ABS样件。
Rapid prototyping (RP) technology uses a layer-by-layer discrete / stack principle to create a prototype of a part directly from a computerized 3D data model, greatly reducing new product development cycles. Rapid mold (RT) technology is a new type of rapid development of mold technology from the RP technology, new technology. In the research, epoxy resin E51, aluminum powder, quartz powder and graphite were used to form the composite material. Laser rotary lithography (SL) was used to fabricate a rotary switch prototype, which was used as a female mold. Produced its injection mold, a detailed description of the production process, and in the injection molding machine prototype, successfully obtained ABS samples.
