异羟肟酸作为分光光度测定的显色剂,国外已有许多报导,但本文所用的异羟肟酸是自己制备的在国内外尚未见报导,我们用DDHA在硫酸介质中和钒离子(V)形成有色的络合物,探索了实验条件,并用氯仿提取络合物进行分光光度测定。同时对各种共存离子影响和掩蔽的方法进行了研究。 1.试剂和仪器: (1)称取8g NaOH溶于400ml无水乙醇中。另外称取8g盐酸羟胺溶于无水乙醇中。
Hydroxamic acid as chromogenic reagent for spectrophotometry has been reported abroad, but the hydroxamic acid used in this paper has not been reported at home and abroad.
