本文报道新光度试剂4-(邻苯二甲酰肼-5-三氮烯)偶氮苯的合成、纯化及结构鉴定,并研究了该试剂在表面活性剂吐温-80存在下与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件。在吐温-80存在下于pH11.5Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与该试剂形成稳定的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于520nm,摩尔吸光系数为6.0×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铜量在0~6μg/10mL范围内符合比耳定律。用本文拟定的方法测定了铝合金中的铜,结果满意。
This paper reports the synthesis, purification and structural identification of a new photometric reagent 4- (phthaloylhydrazide-5-triazene) azobenzene. The effect of this reagent on the Ⅱ) color reaction conditions. Copper (Ⅱ) forms a stable red complex with this reagent in pH11.5Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer medium in the presence of Tween-80, the maximum absorption wavelength is at 520nm and the molar absorptivity is 6.0 × 104L · mol -1 · cm-1, and Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 6μg / 10mL. The method proposed in this paper was used to determine the copper in the aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
