糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病微血管常见并发症之一,美国及西欧等国家统计资料表明DN已上升为终末期肾脏病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)首位病因。目前,我国DN发病率亦呈上升趋势。因此,进一步探索其发病机制及开发新的防治DN的药物意义深远。黄芩为唇形科植物Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi的干燥根,味苦性寒,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒功效,临床用于治疗呼吸道感染、急性菌痢、病毒性肝炎等。黄芩素是黄芩的主要活性成分之一,具有抗炎、抗变态反应、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤、抗血栓形成和保护肝脏、心脑血管、神经元等多种生物学作用[1]。研究表明黄芩素对DN有一定的防治作用,笔者就近年来国内外的研究现状作一综述。
Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the common complications of diabetic microvascular. Statistics from the United States and Western European countries indicate that DN has risen to the top cause of end stage renal disease (ESRD). At present, the incidence of DN in China is also on the rise. Therefore, to further explore its pathogenesis and development of new drugs for the prevention and treatment of DN far-reaching significance. Scutellaria is the dry root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi of Labiatae, which has the functions of clearing away dampness and dampness, purging fire and detoxifying effect, and is used clinically for treating respiratory infection, acute bacillary dysentery and viral hepatitis. Baicalein is one of the main active components of Scutellaria baicalensis, and has various biological functions such as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic reaction, anti-oxidative stress, antitumor, antithrombosis and protection of the liver, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and neurons. Studies have shown that baicalin on DN have a preventive effect, the author of recent years the status of research at home and abroad to be reviewed.
