金融作为现代经济的核心,是现代城市经营和现代企业发展的动力和血液,是城市要素集聚和扩散、优化资源配置最重要的手段和途径。从国内外经验看,建设区域金融中心,可以通过金融机构的大量积聚,形成发达的金融市场,为区域经济发展提供高效低廉的融资渠道和资金支持,促进本地区经济的持续快速发展,提升整个区域经济运行的活力。
