采用稳态噪声100、115dB暴露于80只豚鼠,每天8小时,累积时间分别为18、96、136小时,观察皮层电反应阈的变化和恢复过程。发现100dB噪声暴露后的各时间组,在2天内听阈值完全恢复;115dB噪声暴露后的各时间组,4天内恢复较快,15天后趋于稳定,但30天仍未完全恢复。说明噪声暴露剂量是引起听损伤的重要因素,控制噪声暴露剂量应是防治噪声性耳聋的主要环节。
Steady-state noise of 100 and 115 dB was used to expose 80 guinea pigs, 8 hours a day. The cumulative time was 18, 96 and 136 hours, respectively. The changes of cortical electrical response threshold and the recovery process were observed. After 100dB noise exposure, the thresholds were completely recovered within 2 days. After the 115dB noise exposure, the recovery was rapid within 4 days, stabilized after 15 days, but not fully restored within 30 days. Explain the noise exposure dose is an important factor in causing hearing loss, and control the noise exposure dose should be the main part of prevention and treatment of noise-induced deafness.
