【目的】比较口服复方丹参滴丸与口服甲钴胺片对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的血液流变学及神经传导速度的影响。【方法】将70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。2组均给予调控血糖、血脂、血压的基础治疗,治疗组患者给予口服复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组给予口服甲钴胺片治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后对血液流变学及神经传导速度的影响。【结果】治疗后,2组患者的血液流变学各项指标及神经传导速度各项指标均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对血液流变学各项指标的改善作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而对神经传导速度各项指标的改善作用则与对照组相同(P>0.05)。【结论】口服复方丹参滴丸对糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的影响与口服甲钴胺片相同,但对血液流变学指标的改善作用则优于口服甲钴胺片,可有效改善患者的肢体血流及神经传导速度。 【Objective】 To compare the effects of oral administration of Danshen Dripping Pills and oral mecobalamin on hemorrheology and nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 【Methods】 Seventy patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The two groups were given the basic treatment of regulating blood sugar, blood lipids and blood pressure. The patients in the treatment group were treated with oral compound danshen dripping pills. The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin tablets. The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The effects of two groups on hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment. 【Results】 The indexes of hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity in two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment (all P <0.05), and the changes of hemorheology The improving effect of each index was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), while the improvement of various indexes of nerve conduction velocity was the same as that of the control group (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Oral Fufang Danshen Diwan has the same effect on the nerve conduction velocity of diabetic peripheral neuropathy as oral mecobalamin, but its effect on improving hemorheology is better than that of oral mecobalamin, which can effectively improve the patients’ Limb blood flow and nerve conduction velocity.
