对氯苯肼合成工艺研究

对氯苯肼是一种重要的化工中间体,广泛用于医药、农药、染料等的合成。在农药方面主要用于合成农药杀菌剂、除草剂、杀虫剂等。目前,对氯苯肼的合成工艺路线主要是以对氯苯胺为原料,经重氮化后得对氯苯胺重氮盐,再用亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠或氯化亚锡还原制得。但重氮化时反应难以控制;以亚硫酸钠或亚硫酸氢钠还原时控制条件较多,工艺过程复杂,易产生沥青状副产物;用氯 Para-chlorophenyl hydrazine is an important chemical intermediate, widely used in the synthesis of medicine, pesticides, dyes and so on.
