目的 介绍自行设计的外固定架治疗 1～ 11岁先天性马蹄内翻足的方法和效果。方法 根据足的大小选用 3套外固定架 ,固定准确穿过胫骨、跟骨、跖骨的 3枚克氏针 ,通过调整固定架螺杆上的螺母逐渐矫正马蹄内翻足 ,使病足达到或接近正常足的外形和功能。结果 按Garceau标准评定疗效。松软型 :优 13足 ,良 7足 ,可 1足 ,优良率 95 2 % ;僵硬型 :优 4足 ,良 5足 ,可 3足 ,差 6足 ,优良率 5 0 %。总优良率 74 3%。结论 该方法效果确实 ,有临床应用价值
Objective To introduce the method and effect of self-designed external fixator in treating congenital clubfoot of 1 ~ 11 years old. Methods Three sets of external fixators were chosen according to the size of the foot. Three Kirschner wires were fixed exactly through the tibia, calcaneus and metatarsal. The clubfoot was adjusted gradually by adjusting the nut on the holder to make the diseased foot reach or approach Normal foot shape and function. Results according to Garceau standard assessment of efficacy. Soft type: Excellent 13 feet, good 7 feet, 1 foot, excellent rate 95 2%; Stiff type: excellent 4 feet, good 5 feet, 3 feet, poor 6 feet, good rate of 50%. The total excellent rate of 74 3%. Conclusion The method is effective and has clinical value
