旅游民宿在我国起步比较晚,发展比较迟缓。首先,国内对民宿的理论研究偏少,对不同风格的民宿,如古城民宿、乡村民宿、异域民宿等的研究基本处于空白,导致民宿实际发展过程中未充分考虑旅客行为,存在盲目开发,不注重营销理念和品牌战略等缺陷。特别是素有“妖都”之称的广州。虽然其旅游业比较发达,酒店行业发展较好,但对于民宿业的认识还不足,发展比较迟缓。
