战略规划一直是战略管理领域研究的重要问题,本文分析了正式战略规划对企业绩效的影响,引入了高层管理者任职经验的调节作用,并提出了互补与替代的两种可能作用机制。基于中国多行业企业样本,论文检验了战略规划是否存在以及存在时的完备程度对企业绩效的影响。实证结果表明:在目前中国环境下,充分使用战略规划会促进企业绩效的提高;高层管理者的任职经验会对战略规划与企业绩效的关系起到负的调节作用。本文深化了中国转型经济情境下战略规划作用的权变因素的研究,并对企业实施高管领导与正式战略规划相结合的战略决策体系提出了政策建议。
Strategic planning has always been an important issue in the field of strategic management. This paper analyzes the impact of formal strategic planning on firm performance, introduces the regulatory role of senior management experience, and proposes two possible mechanisms of complementarity and substitution. Based on the samples of multinational enterprises in China, the paper examines the impact of strategic planning on the existence and existence of firms’ completeness. The empirical results show that: in the current Chinese environment, full use of strategic planning will promote the improvement of business performance; senior management experience will play a negative regulatory role in the relationship between strategic planning and business performance. This paper deepens the research on the contingency factors of the role of strategic planning in the context of China’s transitional economy and puts forward some policy suggestions on the implementation of the strategic decision-making system in which the executive leadership and the formal strategic planning are combined.
