介绍了采用多维气相色谱法分析甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)裂解产物中醇、醚、烯烃等组分的方法。根据存在于MTBE中的典型组分确立了最佳测试条件。按照待测组分,选择三根选择性不同的毛细管柱(DBWax柱、DH150柱、Al2O3/Na2SO4柱)进行分离。讨论了方法的关键问题─—阀的准确切换。对切换程序作了详细说明。本方法同样适用于甲醇和异丁烯最终产品的分析。本系统一次进样后,无需致冷剂,即可得到三维色谱信息。本方法适用于MTBE裂解过程控制。
A method for the analysis of alcohols, ethers, olefins and other components in methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) cleavage products by multi-dimensional gas chromatography is introduced. The best test conditions were established based on the typical components present in MTBE. According to the components to be tested, three different selective capillary columns (DBWax column, DH150 column, Al2O3 / Na2SO4 column) were selected for separation. The key issue of the method was discussed - the exact valve switching. The switching process has been described in detail. The method is equally applicable to the analysis of the final product of methanol and isobutylene. The system after injection, without refrigerant, you can get the three-dimensional chromatographic information. This method is suitable for MTBE cracking process control.
