医药卫生体制改革系列政策出台后,医疗环境的改善成为各界关注和探讨的热点,也给医院经营者带来了严峻的考验。本文从医疗行业的一些社会热点事件进行解读,结合实际来说明医院人力资源成本保障的必要性和可行性。通过加强社会参与的力度,了解医疗环境改善的方向,以此激励医务人员更好地为社会做出贡献。
After the introduction of a series of policies on the reform of the medical and health system, the improvement of the medical environment has become a hot topic of concern and discussion from all walks of life. It has also brought harsh tests to hospital operators. This article interprets some social hot issues in the medical industry, and illustrates the necessity and feasibility of hospital human resources cost assurance based on the actual situation. By stepping up social participation and understanding the direction of improving the medical environment, medical personnel are encouraged to make better contributions to the society.
