本文通过正交试验及极差分析,研究了水胶比、胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂含量以及膨胀剂对水泥基灌浆料抗折、抗压强度的影响。试验研究表明:正交试验方案能有效地找到比较好的配比方案,使得试验过程更加有效率;水胶比0.35、粉煤灰掺量10%、减水剂含量1.4%、胶砂比控制在1:1.2时,可以得到初始流动度300mm、28d抗折强度9.49MPa、抗压强度43.30MPa的水泥基灌浆料。
In this paper, through orthogonal test and range analysis, the effects of water-cement ratio, mortar ratio, fly ash content, water reducer content and expansive agent on the flexural and compressive strength of cement-based grouting material were studied. The experimental results show that the orthogonal test scheme can effectively find a better ratio scheme and make the test process more efficient. The ratio of water to binder 0.35, fly ash content 10% and water reducer 1.4% At 1: 1.2, we can get the initial flow of 300mm, 28d flexural strength of 9.49MPa, compressive strength of 43.30MPa cement-based grouting material.
