目的:建立艾迪滴丸中斑蝥素的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了艾迪滴丸中斑蝥素的含量。色谱柱为HP-5(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm),检测器为FID检测器,载气为氮气,流速5 mL.min-1,进样口温度250℃,检测器温度300℃,进样方式为分流进样,分流比为10∶1。结果:加样回收率为99.0%,RSD 1.9%,线性范围10.4~100.4 mg.L-1,r=0.999 9,重复性RSD 1.6%(n=5),精密度RSD 1.1%(n=5)。结论:本方法准确、可靠,可作为艾迪滴丸中斑蝥素的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cantharidin in Aidi Pills. Methods: The content of cantharidin in Aidi Pills was determined by capillary gas chromatography. The column was HP-5 (0.32 mm x 30 m, 0.25 μm), the detector was a FID detector, the carrier gas was nitrogen, the flow rate was 5 mL.min-1, the inlet temperature was 250°C, the detector temperature was 300°C, The sampling method is split injection and the split ratio is 10:1. Results: The recovery rate of sample added was 99.0%, RSD 1.9%, linear range 10.4-100.4 mg.L-1, r=0.999 9, reproducible RSD 1.6% (n=5), precision RSD 1.1% (n=5 ). Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable. It can be used as a method for determination of cantharidin in Aidi Pill.
