模具与帽型材间的摩擦是决定型材截面畸变的关键因素之一,严重影响其成形精度和成形质量。为了了解摩擦对截面畸变的影响规律,基于软件ABAQUS建立了5052铝合金帽型材绕弯过程的有限元模型,并验证了模型的可靠性。然后,研究了弯曲模、压块、夹块及防皱块与型材间摩擦对截面畸变的影响。结果表明:随着夹块与型材间摩擦的增大,截面畸变减小;随着弯曲模与型材间摩擦的增大,截面畸变减小;随着压块与型材间摩擦的增大,截面畸变也减小;随防皱块与型材间摩擦的增大,截面畸变不显著。
The friction between the mold and the cap profile is one of the key factors that determine the section distortion of the profile, which seriously affects the forming accuracy and forming quality. In order to understand the influence of friction on the cross-section distortion, a finite element model of 5052 aluminum alloy cap bending process was established based on software ABAQUS, and the reliability of the model was verified. Then, the effects of friction between bending die, pressing block, clamping block and anti-wrinkle block and profile on cross-section distortion were studied. The results show that the cross-sectional distortion decreases with the increase of the friction between the clamping block and the profile. As the friction between the bending die and the profile increases, the cross-sectional distortion decreases. As the friction between the clamping block and the profile increases, Distortion is also reduced; with the friction between the anti-wrinkle block and profile increases, the cross-section distortion is not significant.
