2018年全国教育大会对新时代人才培养提出了新要求。高职院校应构建全面的人才培养体系,提升人才培养质量,培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才。结合苏州市职业大学吴文化研究院教师团队的实践经验,探讨“寓教于研”高职复合型应用型人才培养模式的创新路径。
