设计并实现了区域电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统。提出了区域电网AVC模式,包含对直控电网的闭环控制和对各下级电网的协调控制2部分;在主站系统中实现了对500 kV变电站内部的电容、电抗器、有载调压分接头(离散控制设备)和调相机(连续调节设备)的综合协调和闭环控制;通过约束条件的实时修改实现了电厂与变电站的协调控制;实现了在线静态电压稳定预警与AVC功能的协调;实现了三维可视化功能。该系统已在华北电网实际运行。
Design and implementation of a regional grid automatic voltage control (AVC) system. The AVC mode of regional power grid is proposed, which includes the closed-loop control of the direct-controlled power grid and the coordinated control of the lower-level power grids.
