今年9月,教育部修改印发了《中小学学生近视眼防控工作方案》,其中有一项规定十分引人关注:“睡眠要充足,保证眼睛得到充分休息,小学生每天睡眠10小时,初中生9小时,高中生8小时。”这是根据中小学生生理发育阶段所需的作息时间制定的,但在现实中,究竟中小学生睡眠情况如何?孩子们的睡眠能否达标?
In September this year, the Ministry of Education revised and issued the “Working Plan for Prevention and Control of Myopia among Primary and Secondary School Students.” One of these provisions is of great concern: “The sleep should be adequate, the eyes should be fully rested, and the pupils should sleep 10 hours a day. 9 hours, 8 hours for high school students.” This is based on the schedule of physical and mental development required by primary and middle school students.
