[目的]探讨糖维胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者脂糖代谢、24 h尿量、尿微量白蛋白(U-mAlb)及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响.[方法]174例T2DM患者随机分为两组,每组各87例,患者入院后均予以口服降糖药二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用糖维胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月.疗程结束后检测患者脂糖代谢情况,并记录24 h尿量、U-mAlb、IMT,观察其血液流变学变化,比较不良反应.[结果]治疗后观察组脂糖代谢指标和24 h尿量、24 h U-mAlb及IMT指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应总发生率为5.7%(5/87),与观察组的2.3%(2/87)比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).[结论]糖维胶囊可改善T2DM患者脂糖代谢情况,缓解多尿、多饮等临床症状,并降低IMT厚度,减少心血管事件发生,疗效显著.“,”[Objective]To investigate the effect of Tangwei capsules on lipid and glucose metabolism,24h urinary volume,urinary microalbumin and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).[Methods]A total of 174 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups,with 87 patients in each group.All patients were treated with oral hypoglycemic drug metformin tablets upon admission into the hospital and the patients in the observation group were,additionally,given the Tangwei capsule.Both groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the lipid and glucose metabolism was detected;the 24h urinary volume,urinary microalbumin and IMT were recorded;and the hemorheological changes were observed and adverse reactions were compared.[Results]After treatment,the levels of lipid and glucose,24h urinary volume,24h urinary microalbumin and IMT in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05).After treatment,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the control group and the observation group (5.7 % vs 2.3 %) (P >0.05).[Conclusion] The Tangwei capsule can markedly improve the lipid and glucose metabolism,relieve the symptoms of polyuria and polydipsia,reduce IMT and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients with T2DM.
