人力资本是推动四川民族地区经济发展的重要因素,因此四川少数民族地区要实现可持续发展必须直面人力资本开发中存在的问题,必须在剖析具体问题的基础上探讨有效的应对措施。构建适合四川民族地区人力资本开发的机制,对提升民族地区经济自身的发展能力,缩小与非民族地区的差距具有十分重要的意义和实践价值。
Human capital is an important factor in promoting the economic development in the minority areas of Sichuan. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable development in Sichuan’s ethnic minority areas, we must face directly the problems in the development of human capital. We must probe into effective countermeasures based on the analysis of specific issues. It is of great significance and practical value to build a mechanism suitable for the development of human capital in Sichuan ethnic minority areas and to enhance the economic development capability of ethnic minority areas and narrow the gap with non-ethnic minority areas.
