本方法采用铁-55环源,用正比管探测器,无平衡滤光片的X-射线荧光对比分析法,测定磺酸钙添加剂中钙含量,具有快速、准确、操作简便等特点。分析时间(连同样品制备时间在内)少于五分钟,测量准确度、相对误差小于5%。本方法对稳定产品质量、防止质量事故、节约原材料、提高产量都有现实意义,特别在工业生产的中间监控方面将起重要作用,对新工艺石油磺酸钙的投产创造了有利条件。
This method uses iron -55 ring source, with proportional tube detector, no balance filter X-ray fluorescence contrast analysis of calcium content in calcium sulfonate additive determination, with fast, accurate, easy to operate and so on. The analysis time (with sample preparation time) is less than five minutes and the measurement accuracy is less than 5% relative error. The method has practical significance for stabilizing product quality, preventing quality accidents, saving raw materials and increasing output. In particular, it plays an important role in the intermediate monitoring of industrial production and creates favorable conditions for the new process of petroleum sulfonate calcium production.
