目的建立白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的同位素内标稀释技术结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)的定量方法。方法样品加入D4取代的邻苯二甲酸酯内标,调整样品的酒精度,以甲苯萃取,采用GC-MS测定。结果在0.05~2μg/ml范围内,测定的16种邻苯二甲酸酯呈良好线性关系,r2≥0.997。加标浓度为0.05μg/ml时,加标回收率为81.8%~120%,RSD为0.711%~6.63%。16种PAEs定量限为0.005~0.05μg/ml。结论本方法简单快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,适用于白酒中PAEs的检测。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for the determination of phthalate esters (PAEs) in liquor by GC-MS with isotope dilution method. Methods D4-substituted phthalates were added to the samples to adjust the alcohol content of the samples. The samples were extracted with toluene and determined by GC-MS. Results in the range of 0.05 ~ 2μg / ml, the measured 16 kinds of phthalates showed a good linear relationship, r2 ≥ 0.997. The spiked recoveries ranged from 81.8% to 120% at a spiked concentration of 0.05 μg / ml with a RSD of 0.711% to 6.63%. The limit of quantitation of 16 kinds of PAEs was 0.005 ~ 0.05μg / ml. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, high sensitivity, suitable for the detection of PAEs in liquor.
