我国医疗机构随着打破垄断,引入竞争机制,开始步入市场经济的大潮中,时刻都面对着危机。国外医院比较重视医院危机处理,认为在21世纪的医院管理领域,医院危机处理的重要性与质量管理已经并驾齐驱,而且已列为医院绩效跃升的业务项目。有些医院还开展了医院危机事件模拟,演练紧急情况下的处理能力。因此,研究医院危机及其处理,对现代医院的经营与发展大有益处。1 医院危机的内涵与范围 危机是事业的不稳定时刻或状态,伴随着很不理想的结局或高度理想化、甚至超理想化的结果,是事业向较坏或较好方向发展的转折点。危机不一定都是坏事,危机是由危险和机会组成
With the breaking of monopoly and the introduction of a competition mechanism, medical institutions in China have begun to enter the tide of the market economy and face crisis all the time. Foreign hospitals pay more attention to hospital crisis management, and believe that in the 21st century hospital management, the importance of hospital crisis management has been parallel with quality management, and has been listed as a business project with a jump in hospital performance. Some hospitals also carried out simulations of hospital crisis events and drilled their handling capacity in emergency situations. Therefore, studying the hospital crisis and its treatment will greatly benefit the management and development of modern hospitals. 1 The Connotation and Scope of a Hospital Crisis A crisis is an unstable moment or state of a business. Accompanied by a very unsatisfactory outcome or a highly idealized or even super-idealized result, it is a turning point in which a business develops toward a worse or better direction. Crises are not necessarily all bad. Crises are made up of dangers and opportunities.
