目的：在于评价复方蟾皮胶囊（安替可胶囊）抗肿瘤疗效和毒副作用。方法：病例采用数表法随机分组。结果：用复方蟾皮胶囊治疗晚期食管癌、肝癌、胃癌和肠癌２５８例，总缓解率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为７．４％，并能显著止痛，改善生存质量和提高免疫功能；放疗十复方蟾皮胶囊治疗１００例晚期食管癌，总缓解率达７２．０％，比单纯放疗组（３４．４％）提高了３７．６％（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时，能显著改善吞咽困难，明显增加体重，保护血象和降低ＣＥＡ，结论：复方蟾皮胶囊具有明显的抗肿瘤疗效，其放疗增敏作用也较显著。
Objective: To evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy and toxic side effects of Fufang Qipi Capsule (Antike Capsule). Methods: Cases were randomly grouped using a number table method. Results: 258 cases of advanced esophageal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer were treated with Fufang Supi Capsule. The total remission rate (CR+PR) was 7.4%, and it could significantly relieve pain, improve the quality of life and improve immune function; Skin capsules in 100 patients with advanced esophageal cancer had a total remission rate of 72.0%, a 37.6% improvement (P<0.01) compared with radiotherapy alone (34.4%). At the same time, they significantly improved dysphagia. Significantly increase body weight, protect blood and reduce CEA. Conclusion: Compound Wongpi Capsule has obvious anti-tumor efficacy, and its radiotherapy sensitization effect is also significant.
