开篇的话:2016年以来,农发行陕西省延安市分行第9个总行行领导党建联系行,在总行行领导直接指导和帮助下,紧紧围绕服务“三农”服务脱贫攻坚、维护国家粮食安全等工作任务,以深入开展“两学一做”学习教育为契机,积极探索创新基层党建工作理念,机制、方法和路径,以加强党的建设统领业务发展,以“两学一做”夯实基层基础,涌现出了一些行之有效的好经验、好做法,破解了一些基层党建工作难题,
