目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建的实用方法和技巧。方法 选择成功地进行了三维重建的 15 0例骨病变。扫描层厚 3~ 5mm ,重建间隔 2~ 3mm ,螺距 0 .5~ 1,数据输入工作站 ,用表面遮盖显示法进行处理。结果 全部病例的三维立体显示良好 ,病变整体形态、与周围结构的关系从不同位置和角度得以观察。结论 高质量的三维图像依赖于技术参数的合理选择和匹配、医技人员的操作技巧和熟练程度以及扫描机器的质量。
Objective To explore the practical methods and techniques of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT. Methods Fifty cases of bone lesion successfully reconstructed by 3D reconstruction were selected. Scanning layer thickness 3 ~ 5mm, reconstruction interval 2 ~ 3mm, pitch 0 .5 ~ 1, the data input to the workstation, with the surface cover display method for processing. Results The three-dimensional images of all the cases showed good, the overall morphology of the lesion and the relationship with the surrounding structures were observed from different positions and angles. Conclusion High quality 3D images rely on reasonable choice and matching of technical parameters, skill and proficiency of medical technicians and the quality of the scanning machine.
