This article focuses on the working conditions of the new generation of workers, their grievances and protests during the work process, and analyzes whether such protest actions against dissatisfaction are organized compared to the first generation of workers Trends, and the reasons behind this trend. The new-generation workers whose interests have been damaged are not passive endorsers but active agents. 34.3% of people used to fight for the benefit of individual action or collective action. The actions of the new generation of workers are mainly individual actions in the moment, but the trend of organized actions is obvious. The younger the younger generation workers, the more they show more recourse to collective action to dispel grievances and resentment . The organizational trend of the new generation of workers is driven by structural forces (such as cultural capital, workers’ structural position in the labor process, and living conditions) rather than the power of association.
