由李宗一、章伯锋同志主编的《北洋军阀统治时期》资料丛书即将由武汉出版社出版。该书是中国社会科学院近代史研究所的重点项目之一,早在五十年代初就已开冶北洋军阀统冶时期的资料收集和整理工作,著名的专家和学者金毓黻、聂崇岐、荣孟源等曾先后主持过这项工作。历经30多年的辛勤劳作和努力,发掘和翻译了大量的原始资料。本书所选录的400余万字的资料,就是从这些资枓中精细选挑出来的。其中收入的中外文书档案等第一手资料及未刊稿本,在全书占有很大的比例。北洋军阀统治时期的资料按照北洋军阀兴衰的历史过程,分成四个阶段编排。第一阶段为袁世凯独裁统治时期,第二阶段为皖系军阀统治时期,第三阶段为直系军阀统治时期,第四阶段为北洋军阀覆灭时期。始于1912年袁世凯北京临时政府的建立,止于1928年张作霖皇姑屯被炸案。重点在1912年—1928年期间,包括北洋军阀控制下的北京政府的内 The “North Warlords” data series compiled by Comrades Li Zongyi and Zhang Bofeng is about to be published by Wuhan Publishing House.
