作者用手术致Wistar大鼠胰管梗阻并促胰腺高分泌造成间质性胰腺炎,当同时静注高分子右旋糖酐时可产生急性坏死性胰腺炎。提示:高分子右旋糖酐增加血液粘度,红细胞聚集及降低红细胞变形性,造成胰腺微循环紊乱促使胰腺坏死。作者认为:血液流变学异常在促使胰腺炎从间质性向坏死性发展过程中具有重要意义。
The authors surgically induced pancreatic duct obstruction in Wistar rats and promoted pancreatic hypersecretion to cause interstitial pancreatitis, which can produce acute necrotic pancreatitis when intravenously injected with polymer dextran. Tip: Macromolecular dextran increases blood viscosity, red blood cell aggregation, and red blood cell deformability, resulting in pancreatic microcirculation disorders that promote pancreatic necrosis. The authors believe that hemorheological abnormalities play an important role in promoting the development of pancreatitis from interstitial to necrotic.
