针对水下激光成孔存在的缺陷,用超声辅助水下激光成孔的工艺方法对不锈钢进行打孔,分析了激光脉冲能量、水层厚度、超声功率对成孔三维形貌、孔径和孔深的影响;对比分析了有无超声辅助水下激光成孔三维形貌和SEM图像。结果表明,超声场辅助水下激光成孔工艺下,孔口形状、孔壁粗糙度改善,熔渣沉积减少,成孔质量比较好。随着激光脉冲能量、超声功率的增大孔的深度和直径也随之增大,孔锥度减小;随着水层厚度的增加孔的深度和直径先增大后减小,在水层厚度为3mm处的孔直径最接近于孔深;有超声辅助时孔的形貌明显好于无超声时孔的形貌。

The shape of the hole with ultrasound assistance is obviously better than the hole without ultrasound.
