在避孕方法中,放置避孕环是最受欢迎的。此法手续简便,且放置一次可避孕3～5年。我院自制了“槽式送环器”,制造简单,使用方便,且使用时不用扩张宫口,无痛苦感觉。辅助放环的器械只需具备鸭嘴扩阴器、子宫探针和单爪钳。器械的构造,用八成银或不锈纲制成,全长为22厘米,器身前半部轻度弯曲,尖端做成如浅鸭嘴形,叫作“前槽”,槽深1毫米,同另外作成的“背槽”和“腹槽”用以挂着撑开的避孕
