中国内燃机学会测试技术分会于1992年11月14日～19日在湘南召开了第六届中国内燃机测试学术年会。参加本届年会的共有来自15个省市53个单位的96名代表。 大会特邀湖南省科委副主任彭国斌同志,中国内燃机学会理事、湖南省内燃机学会理事长杨连生教授和湘仪总厂厂长杨克文同志出席了会议并讲了话;应邀出席会议的还有湖南大学内燃机教研室副主任龚金科同志和湖南省内燃机学会秘书长张春宇同志。 中国内燃机学会测试技术分会主任吴光夏、副主任顾柏良、江存云、李法林和黄敬堂等同志到会,并参与了大会的组织和领导工作。 吴光夏主任宣讲了原测试技术分会主任陈继熊
The Testing Technology Branch of the China Combustion Engine Institute held the 6th China Internal Combustion Engine Testing Academic Conference in Xiangnan on November 14-19, 1992. A total of 96 representatives from 53 units in 15 provinces and municipalities participated in this year’s annual meeting. The meeting specially invited Comrade Peng Guobin, deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Professor Yang Liansheng, Director of the China Internal Combustion Engines Institute, Chairman of the Hunan Internal Combustion Engine Institute, and Comrade Yang Kewen, Director of Xiangyi Plant, attended the meeting and delivered speeches; Hunan Province was also invited to the meeting. Comrade Gong Jinke, deputy director of the University’s internal combustion engine teaching and research section, and Zhang Chunyu, secretary general of the Hunan Internal Combustion Engine Institute. Wu Guangxia, director of the Testing Technology Branch of the China Internal Combustion Engine Institute, deputy directors Gu Bailiang, Jiang Cunyun, Li Falin, and Huang Jingtang comrades attended the meeting and participated in the organization and leadership of the conference.
