平衡液含有乳酸钠、氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙四种成分,是临床上应用很广的一种优良电解质制剂。我院在不断实践的基础上,通过改进生产工艺,摸索了一套控制平衡液质量的有效方法。1 造成平衡液质量不稳定的因素1.1 原辅料质量的影响如氯化钠中常含有镁盐和硫酸盐,氯化钙中含有较多的碱性物质(如 Ca(OH)_2、CaCl_2.CaO、CaCl_2)这些杂质的存在,可使药液产生乳光、小白点、浑浊等。1.2 乳酸钠高温时可脱羧生成 CO_2,遇 Ca~(++)即可生成碳酸钙小白点,促进乳光的形成。1.3 配制过程的影响配制操作不当或浓配过夜均可影响平衡液质量的稳定性。我院曾有一批平衡液因浓配过夜,放置一个月后观察,药液出现不同
