沙门氏菌种类繁多,分布面广,是引起食物中毒的重要病原菌。我市某建筑基础机施公司宴请发生食物中毒,经调查检验为弗赖堡沙门氏菌(S.freiburg)中毒,现报告如下。中毒情况5月18日某建筑基础机施公司宴请,中午12时进餐有21人,首例发病于食后5h,大部分于食后11~12h发病。发生食物中毒16人,严重住院治疗的患者7人,年龄为35~50岁。主要症状为腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、发烧(38~40℃)、全身痛等症状,潜伏期为5~12h,无一例死亡。
Salmonella variety, wide distribution, is an important pathogen causing food poisoning. The city’s infrastructure based company facilities feast food poisoning, after investigation and testing to Freiburg Salmonella (S.freiburg) poisoning, are as follows. On May 18, a construction-based infrastructure company hosted a banquet. At 12 noon, there were 21 meals. The first case was onset of 5h after eating, most of which occurred during 11-12h after eating. Food poisoning occurred in 16 people, severe hospitalized patients 7 people, aged 35 to 50 years. The main symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, fever (38 ~ 40 ℃), body pain and other symptoms, the incubation period of 5 ~ 12h, no deaths.
