利用SINDA/FLUINT软件,对某液氧加注系统进行1:1建模,对预冷和大流量加注过程中的流体温度、压力、流量等主要参数进行仿真分析,通过仿真结果与加注任务实测数据的对比,验证了低温加注过程系统级仿真预示的可行性。
Using SINDA / FLUINT software, a 1: 1 model of a liquid oxygen filling system was established. The main parameters of fluid temperature, pressure and flow rate during precooling and high flow rate filling were simulated and analyzed. The results of simulation and filling The comparison of the measured data of the mission verifies the feasibility of the system-level simulation prediction in the process of filling at low temperature.
