建设跨世纪农民新村是一项全新的工作,笔者在青山村的规划设计中力求在设计思路和手法上有所创造,力求适应我国村镇建设向乡村城市化、城乡一体化发展的需要,结合该村现状,建设具有传统风貌又有现代生活气息的跨世纪田园式的新村.
