从构建运动人体科学相关课程课堂教学模式的角度分析,认为:在课堂中,穿插竞技体育实例,将健康教育与课堂理论教学相结合,运动人体科学的基础研究与实验教学相结合,可以加强学生对运动人体科学课程的学习热情;在课外,教师应用“自我肯定”和“自我训练”的教学方法可以使学生产生获得感进而亲近运动人体科学类课程,最终实现课堂与课外联动,从而提高课程的教学质量。
