对蒸发凝聚法中超微粒子的生长行为进行了研究,结果表明:超微粒子的粒度和形貌特征是由晶核生长后期颗粒间的团聚长大和凝聚生长过程间竞争结果决定的,加强装置的冷凝效果可以抑制团聚现象的发生.
