中华全国手工业合作总社五届四次理事会于2002年12月9、10两日在北京召开。这次会议是在全党全国各族人民认真学习、贯彻落实党的十六大精神的热潮中召开的;同时,又是与1999年12月的五届三次理事会相隔3年的时间召开的,因此这次会议是十分重要的。会议的主要任务是:深入学习、贯彻党的十六大精神,回顾、总结五届三次理事会 China National Handicraft Cooperative Headquarters Fourth Five Council on December 9, 2002 two held in Beijing.
