在钴圆内低剂量电离辐射长期慢照射不同播期普通小麦“绵阳11”活体植株,以钴室Υ射线急性照射干种子作比较,观察了 M_2、M_3代抽穗期、株高、穗型、芒性和不育突变等。结果表明:慢照射活体植株和急性照射干种子的突变类型相似,但前者的总突变频率显著高于后者,差异主要在株高,抽穗期等数量性状突变。慢照射当代(M_1)结实率小于80%,其后代突变频率较高。慢照射包括大、小孢子和配子,合子幼胚期的活体植株的诱变效果较好。
Low-dose ionizing radiation in cobalt circles was used to irradiate the live-grown plants of common wheat “Mianyang 11” at different sowing times for a long time. Compared with γ-ray irradiation of cobalt in the room, the heading date, plant height, Malleability and infertility mutations. The results showed that the mutant types of the slow-irradiated live plants and the acute-irradiated dried seeds were similar, but the total mutation frequency of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter. The differences were mainly at the mutation of quantitative traits such as plant height and heading date. Slowly irradiated contemporary (M_1) seed setting rate of less than 80%, the offspring of mutation frequency higher. Slow irradiation, including large and small spores and gametes, zygotic embryo live plant mutagenic effect is better.
