目的探讨康莱特注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small-cell carcinoma,NSCLC)化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年6月本院收治的84例晚期NSCLC患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各42例。对照组采用化学药物治疗,观察组加用康莱特注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、T细胞亚群变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平分别为(46.14±2.83)%、(39.13±4.51)%、(35.24±4.65)%、(1.37±0.36),均较对照组的(37.14±2.61)%、(32.85±3.12)%、(29.89±3.86)%、(1.01±0.19)升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、贫血、粒细胞减少发生率分别为7.14%、9.52%、2.38%,均低于对照组的28.57%、28.57%、23.81%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论晚期NSCLC化疗患者加用康莱特注射液治疗能够提高治疗效果,保护患者的免疫功能,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kanglaite Injection on immune function in patients with advanced non-small-cell carcinoma (NSCLC). Methods Eighty-four patients with advanced NSCLC admitted from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemical drugs. The observation group was treated with Kanglaite injection. The therapeutic effects, the changes of T cell subsets and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.19%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the observation group were (46.14 ± 2.83)%, (39.13 ± 4.51)%, (35.24 ± 4.65)% and (1.37 ± 0.36) 37.14 ± 2.61%, 32.85 ± 3.12%, 29.89 ± 3.86%, 1.01 ± 0.19, respectively (all P <0.05). The incidences of nausea and vomiting, anemia and neutropenia in observation group were 7.14%, 9.52% and 2.38% respectively, which were all lower than those in control group (28.57%, 28.57% and 23.81%, both P <0.05) . Conclusions The treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC plus Kanglaite injection can improve the therapeutic effect, protect the immune function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
