对平稳工况下ZFYO型天井钻机主机减速器进行瞬态动力学分析,发现在正常工况下,齿轮轴与齿轮啮合过程中两轮承载不均匀。找出承受应力较大的齿轮,得到减速器在典型工况下的危险点的应力时间历程,结合材料的S-N曲线以及疲劳损伤累积准则,进行疲劳损伤分析,并采取相应的措施,减小天井钻机减速器磨损,提高天井钻机减速器的寿命。
