一、引言我省盐渍土面积很大,土壤盐渍化后,单位面积产量显著降低,一般仅及普通耕地的一半。因此,盐渍土的改良和利用就成为我省农业生产中一项重要任务。土壤性质由三方面反映:卽物理的、化学的和生物的。改良利用盐渍土,除了解其理化性质外,对其生物学特性,特别是微生物的生态、作用、变动规律等问题的了解,也很重要。本课题的研究目的在于了解盐渍土的微生物状况,为合理地改良利用盐渍土提供依据。
I. INTRODUCTION The area of saline soil in our province is very large. After soil salinization, the yield per unit area is significantly reduced, generally only about half of that of ordinary farmland. Therefore, the improvement and utilization of saline soil has become an important task in our province’s agricultural production. Soil properties are reflected in three aspects: 卽 physical, chemical and biological. It is also important to improve the utilization of saline soil in addition to its physical and chemical properties, and to understand its biological characteristics, especially the ecology, function and variation of microorganisms. The purpose of this research is to understand the microbial status of saline soils and provide evidence for the rational use of saline soils.
