目的:通过对加参方治疗前后神经内分泌因子和细胞因子检测,以探讨加参方增强心功能、减少水钠潴留的作用机制。方法:各组大鼠灌胃给药4周后,处死取血5mL,用放免方法测定内分泌因子和细胞因子变化。结果:加参方能够明显抑制CHF大鼠的RAAS系统的AngⅡ、ALD,降低ET、AVP、ANP,升高CGRP。结论:加参方很可能通过干预神经内分泌系统,减轻了心衰的发展,改善了水钠潴留。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the neuroendocrine factors and cytokines before and after treatment with Jia-sen prescription to explore the mechanism of Jia-sen prescription to enhance cardiac function and reduce water-sodium retention. Methods: After 4 weeks of intragastric administration, rats in each group were sacrificed and blood was taken for 5 mL. Endocrine factors and cytokines were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Ginseng can significantly inhibit angiotensin Ⅱ (ALD), decrease ET, AVP, ANP, and increase CGRP in RAAS of CHF rats. Conclusion: Ginseng prescription may relieve the development of heart failure by improving the neuroendocrine system and improve the water and sodium retention.
