随着社会的发展,经济竞争趋向全球化,作为企业竞争力的核心之一——企业文化占据着重要的位置,提高企业形象,加强企业管理是提高企业竞争力的关键。由于建筑行业与其它企业在工作环境方面有很大的差别,所以有必要结合建筑的特点对企业文化的建设提出建议和探讨。本文主要针对建筑行业的企业文化进行作用和构建途径方面的研究。
With the development of society, economic competition tends to be globalized. As one of the core competitiveness of an enterprise, the corporate culture occupies an important position. Improving corporate image and strengthening enterprise management are the keys to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As the construction industry and other enterprises in the working environment there is a big difference, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the construction of corporate culture to make recommendations and discussion.
