长瓣金莲花是毛茛科植物金莲花(Trolliuschinesis Bunge)的干燥花,在我国主要分布于东北、华北、西北,野生资源十分丰富。具有抑菌作用,临床主要用于治疗上呼吸道感染、咽炎、扁桃腺炎等疾病。总黄酮是其抑菌的有效部位之一。本文对长瓣金莲花中总黄酮含量进行了测定。 Trollius chinensis is a dry flower of Trolliuschinesis Bunge. It is mainly distributed in northeast China, north China, and northwest China and is rich in wild resources. With antibacterial effect, the main clinical application for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and other diseases. Total flavonoids is one of the effective sites of its antibacterial activity. In this paper, the content of total flavonoids in Trollius vulgaris was determined.
