乡村经济精英是一个先富起来并在乡村具有一定影响力的群体。现实中基于多种原因,在乡村政治领域还存在着经济精英浅层介入的现象。这一现象会对其他政治参与群体具有消极的示范性影响,进而会带来参与优势资源的流失及乡村政治合法性基础的弱化。之所以造成这一现象,既有乡村经济精英自身综合文化素养不高、缺乏政治兴趣、囿于个人“城镇化”目的等内在的原因,也受到乡村政治乱象、乡村舆论特点和政府态度消极等外在因素的影响。因此,深化乡村经济精英介入乡村政治的层次是当务之急。 The rural economic elite is a group that first got rich and has some influence in the country.
